  • "DeWayne built our home in 2021 and working with him was a pleasant experience. DeWayne was honest about the costs, timeliness of getting work done, and he responded to our calls/texts in a timely manner. There were supply chain shortages in 2021 and we were kept abreast of any delays or other options available to us. We asked for changes from the original plan and DeWayne was receptive to our requests, while being creative in implementing them. A few of the changes we requested: 1) Adding a grocery door from garage to pantry. 2) Coffee bar and cabinet added to pantry (DeWayne's suggestion). 3) We needed a space for a foosball table. DeWayne came up with an idea to eliminate a small storage room and make it our foosball room. It looks great and you'd never know it wasn't in the original floor plan.
