Meet DeWayne, the founder of Spiess Custom Homes who has 27 years of experience building homes. DeWayne is a Kansas City native and graduate of De Soto High School. He began building his professional resume at a young age, and established his own company, Spiess Custom Homes, LLC, back in 2018. With a commitment to quality construction and exceptional client communication, DeWayne ensures that every project not only meets but exceeds expectations. By maintaining transparent and open lines of communication, DeWayne builds strong relationships with clients, understanding their vision and bringing it to life with precision and care. Adhering strictly to timelines, the team delivers exquisite homes on schedule, combining craftsmanship and efficiency to create stunning living spaces that epitomize luxury and elegance.

Design Director

DeWayne’s wife, Jen, is primarily responsible for the home's interior design and luxurious finishes. Her attention to detail ensures that every space is not only beautiful but also functional. With a passion for transforming houses into homes, she specializes in creating personalized, stylish, and practical interiors that reflect the personality and needs of each client. Jen ensures compromise is never part of the equation. 

Superintendent

Bryce is the stepson of DeWayne, serving as his right-hand man, and Superintendent on all projects. Bryce coordinates with subcontractors, inspectors, and homeowners to ensure every detail is meticulously managed. His hands-on experience and innate understanding of the construction process make him an invaluable asset, ensuring that each project runs smoothly and efficiently from start to finish.
